Spain face Peru later tonight in an international friendly ahead of the World Cup, and on the pitch will be Fabián Ruiz, a player who has rather surprisingly been offering himself around to a number of top clubs across Europe in recent months, including several Premier League sides and even Bayern Munich. This may well represent PSG’s final realistic opportunity to receive a substantial transfer fee for the Spanish international, with his contract expiring in 2027 and the player actively exploring what options may exist beyond Paris, while the industry expectation remains that PSG would be prepared to sanction a departure for a fee in the region of €45 million (£38 million). #AD (18+)
