🚨#Beşiktaş Rangers plan to bring back Vaclav Cerny, who played on loan last season. 📌 But financial terms make it difficult to reach agreement with Beşiktaş. 💰 The Turkish club want €10–12M for the 28‑year‑old, signed for around €6M last year. 👉 This price blocks Rangers’ move; the club and Derek McInnes are exploring other attacking options late in the window.
