🚨: Liverpool have done a lot of groundwork on an Adam Wharton deal. A deal is there to be done✅ but it’s currently on ice and partly in Iraola’s hands. They may decide another midfielder is a better fit. LFC want Iraola heavily involved in choosing their midfield target. #LFC

🚨🔴BREAKING: Liverpool are now set to look at new midfield options this summer transfer window, despite the concrete interest in Crystal Palace Midfielder Adam Wharton. The main reasoning behind Liverpool looking at other options is they feel that the fee is too big for Adam Wharton. Personal terms were never a problem between the two parties but not the 100m fee that Steve Parrish put into the media earlier this week has seem to have slowed talks massively, despite this Wharton is still massively keen on a move. #LFC🔴

#LFC 🔴 🚨 Adam Wharton still an option for Liverpool but not seen as a Curtis Jones replacement, more an Alexis Mac Allister replacement, if he was to leave this summer.
