Chelsea's £120m valuation for Enzo Fernandez remains, as reported in May. Manchester City hold an appreciation, including from Enzo Maresca, as reported on @talkSPORT over the weekend. Focus is on the new season and locking in the first-team squad. #MCFC will be active in the midfield market as advanced talks for Ayyoub Bouaddi also continue. Two new midfielders could arrive.👕

🚨 BREAKING: Real Madrid confirm ZERO talks to sign Enzo Fernández. 🤍❌ “In light of the reports and statements that have appeared in recent days regarding Real Madrid C.F.'s alleged interest in the player Enzo Fernández, the club wishes to state that it has not made any efforts, either directly or indirectly, to sign the aforementioned player and, furthermore, has no intention of undertaking such a transfer. Real Madrid wishes to express its utmost respect for Enzo Fernández, a great footballer whose career and quality are widely recognized, as well as for Chelsea FC, a club with which it maintains an excellent institutional relationship. Precisely out of respect for an institution like Chelsea FC and due to the principles of institutional loyalty that have always guided Real Madrid's actions, the club considers it necessary to categorically deny these unfounded speculations, which are completely untrue. Real Madrid regrets that, despite the clarity of the facts and the lack of any action on the part of the club, information continues to be disseminated that does not correspond to reality and that only contributes to generating confusion among fans and unnecessarily harming the entities and people involved.”

PLAY ON🚨 Chelsea consider Enzo Fernández no longer available at £120m as terms were made clear to his camp since May — effectively agreed as a ‘release clause’. #CFC happy to keep Enzo and continue with him. ❗️ Manchester City mantained daily active talks with Enzo’s camp, in last 48 hours too. Up to Man City if they want to try again on different conditions.

🚨 Chelsea could run out of time to replace Enzo Fernández if his sale goes through. Alex Scott & Adam Wharton are high on the list, but both Bournemouth and Crystal Palace have made it clear they are “not for sale.” That could change for a ridiculous offer. Manu Koné is another option being considered. Interestingly, #CFC have also shown interest in Julián Álvarez. #TransferNews

More on Enzo Fernandez's Chelsea departure. £125m fee, matching the British transfer record. Fernandez's close relationship with Enzo Maresca was key to the deal. Fernandez made it clear he wanted the move. Chelsea felt they had no choice to sell to protect the club's interests. Currently not looking likely a new midfielder will arrive. Lamine Camara deal appears off.🇦🇷

🚨🔵 Chelsea are yet to receive any official bid for Enzo Fernández as of 4pm UK time today — 25 hours before the deadline for the exit. #CFC do not change their stance: £120m net, no Euros and with payment terms details clarified to all parties already since May.

As of now, Chelsea have not received a bid for Enzo Fernandez. The Friday 17:00 deadline remains in place for that to change, and the terms are clear. Chelsea must receive a written bid of £120m-net with privately communicated payment terms. All interested parties have been informed, including Manchester City. If a suitable bid is not received before the deadline, Fernandez will remain a Chelsea player until at least summer 2027.🇦🇷

🚨 BREAKING: Chelsea's 17:00 Friday deadline for an Enzo Fernandez bid has now passed. No written offer from Manchester City or any club has arrived. The £120m exit conditions are now off the table. They were verbally made available to Fernandez's representatives in May to pitch to potential suitors. It remains to be seen whether Manchester City still try to make an offer post-deadline. But Chelsea now expect Fernandez to stay for the 2026/27 season.🇦🇷
