🚨🆕 Said El Mala and his family, especially his mother, who is also his agent, can well imagine a move to Borussia Dortmund. 1. FC Köln are also expecting an approach from #BVB following Karim Adeyemi’s imminent departure. However, BVB are currently not prepared to pay up to €50m. BVB have been informed of all the terms and demands, but there are still internal doubts about the deal. @berger_pj | @Sky_Marlon89 🇩🇪

🚨 EXCL: Saïd El Mala has turned down approaches from Newcastle United and the North London set-piece dependency project Arsenal in recent hours in order to facilitate a move to Borussia Dortmund, with Jürgen Klopp also heavily involved in convincing the youngster that joining his former club would represent the ideal next step in his development and strengthen his chances of earning a future Germany call-up. Cologne are currently anticipating a new offer from Dortmund in the region of €55m (£48m), although there has been no breakthrough in negotiations so far.

🚨❌ 1. FC Köln boss Thomas Kessler has now confirmed our report about Said El Mala. “It is true that we received an offer for Said whose financial dimension was very close to the conditions under which we would generally have considered a transfer“, he told BILD. „After careful consideration, however, Said decided against a move to this club. That ended the matter for us.” 🇩🇪
